Biker Chic Cupcakes Sugar Cookie Decorating Class

Terms & Conditions

By registering for a sugar cookie decorating class with Biker Chic Cupcakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

All class sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Your registration secures a spot in the class, which means another participant was unable to sign up. Additionally, all cookies, icing, and supplies are prepared specifically for each participant before the class.

2. Unable to Attend? Options Available

If you are unable to attend, you have two options:

  • Transfer Your Spot: You may give your spot to a friend or family member for the specific class you aren’t attending. Any reimbursement must be handled directly between you and the person taking your place. Please notify us of any participant changes. You are not able to transfer your registration to a future class.

  • Pick Up a Decorating Kit: If you cannot attend, you may pick up a kit that includes your cookies, icing, and sprinkles. You will also receive the class PowerPoint with decorating instructions so you can complete the class on your own time. This kit must be picked up within 2 DAYS following the class.

3. Class Participation & Conduct

  • Classes are designed to be fun and educational for all skill levels.

  • Participants are expected to follow class instructions and respect the instructor and fellow attendees.

  • Biker Chic Cupcakes reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or disrespectful.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending a class, you acknowledge and accept that Biker Chic Cupcakes is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after class participation. It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies BEFORE registering for class.

5. Photography & Media Release

We may take photos during class for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to allow your image to be used in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before class begins.

6. Minimum Enrollment Requirement

Due to the preparation and materials required, classes require a minimum of six (6) registered participants. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled or rescheduled. Participants will be notified via email prior to the scheduled class date and offered a refund. Ensure you check your spam or junk email folder.

7. Severe Weather Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policy regarding severe weather cancellations:

  • If weather conditions at the event venue and immediate surrounding areas are considered "normal winter driving conditions," the class will proceed as scheduled. If you are unable to attend, you have two options:

    1. Pick up your cookies and icing as a take-home decorating kit.

    2. Transfer your spot to someone else. If you choose to do this, it is your responsibility to arrange payment with them, as no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • If travel is officially not advised due to severe weather, the class will be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may:

    1. Pick up a take-home decorating kit.

    2. Request a full refund.

    3. Apply your class registration to a future class.

Because cookies, frosting, and supplies are custom-prepared for each participant, refunds and credits will not be issued unless the class is officially cancelled / rescheduled due to hazardous travel conditions.

8. Agreement to Terms
